Pineapple Fried Rice - Microwave Monday

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pineapple

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup leftover rice, frozen

  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons frozen vegetable blend

  • 1/8th teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8th teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/8th teaspoon ginger powder

Procedure:

  1. Cut the pineapple in half and scoop out inside

  2. Mix onion, ginger, and garlic powders together in the bottom of the pineapple with sesame oil. Microwave 30 seconds.

  3. Dice the removed pineapple

  4. Add the vegetable blend and 1 Tablespoon pineapple into the pineapple. Mix and microwave 30 seconds

  5. Add in rice and microwave 60 seconds.

  6. Ass in soy sauce, mix, and microwave another 60 seconds.

  7. Enjoy!
