Chef Holden Dahlerbruch has made food a central part of his life from an early age. Holden had the opportunity to star in the two seasons of FYI Network's Man Vs Child: Chef Showdown, which skyrocketed his passion for the culinary arts. Holden has worked internationally in over three dozen restaurants, food trucks, pop-ups (including four of his own before graduating high school), catering operations, and events planning companies, absorbing as much expertise as possible. At Tufts University, Holden studied Culinary History, Culture, and Entrepreneurship and completed a senior thesis researching German cuisine in the United States during WWI and WWII. Now, Holden dedicates his time to helping food service establishments and start-ups to launch, grow, and shift hobbies to businesses one bite at a time.
