About Culinary Playgrounds

Culinary Playgrounds is a food media and restaurant consulting firm from the mind of Holden Dahlerbruch. Holden grew up in the restaurant industry, having appeared on “Man Vs. Child: Chef Showdown” for two seasons and staged at over 3 dozen restaurants prior to graduating high school.

Holden studied at Tufts University, majoring in Culinary History, Culture, and Entrepreneurship, writing a thesis on German Cuisine in the US during the world wars, and founded the Tufts culinary magazine “The Palmier.”

Now, Holden is pursuing an MFA in Luxury and Brand Management, focusing on fine dining amid shifting perceptions of luxury among younger generations.
